And washed the spider out.

Took less than 15 minutes to go from sunny with a chance of rain (according to the weather channel) to Raining with a chance of drown.

Why do they call it run off if it stays in one place?

    The reason that they call it run-off is that you have to have a lot of positive thinking when you are dealing with rain.

    For example: “Tut, tut, it looks like rain.”
